Our Story
Woodlands Family Nutrition Center is a health and wellness organization that offers in-person and virtual nutrition counseling. WFNC was founded by field-leading & expert Registered Dietitian, Christina Ferriola. Our passion is empowering individuals to improve their health with nutrition while understanding that it is never too late to get started.
Our clients benefit from having access to over a decade of clinical nutrition counseling experience between our three providers. Our specialty certifications include CDCES (certified diabetes care and education specialist) and low FOD-MAP diet. Our Registered Dietitians educate clients on nutrition therapies customized to their needs and recognizes that there is no "one size fits all" regimen.

How We Help
Our Registered Dietitians will discuss and educate you on building healthy meals specific to your nutrition needs and portion sizes.
At your nutrition visits, education will be tailored to your needs with a variety of nutrition topics, which may include macronutrient distribution, food label reading, meal planning, smart snacks, fiber intake, fluids and hydration, sleep hygiene and physical activity that works for you.

We work with our clients using motivational interviewing and accountability follow ups to help you achieve your goals in a positive, healthy way.

Goals of our potential clients may include lowering cholesterol, lowering Hemoglobin A1c, reversing prediabetes, reversing fatty liver, losing weight, navigating a renal diet, lowering blood pressure or simply learning how to eat in a healthy way.
