In-Person Nutrition Counseling Visits: What to Expect

Clients are seen in-person at our new location in Conroe located off the S Loop 336. You will discuss current lifestyle habits with the dietitian and receive education on building a healthy plate at meal times and other specific medical nutrition therapy that is applicable to your needs. Nutrition visits also include an e-book of healthy recipes to help you add variety to meals, meal preps and snacks! Let us take away the confusion of figuring out what to cook in order for you to meet your goals.

The Telehealth Counseling Process: What to Expect

Woodlands Family Nutrition Center is an online nutrition practice that utilizes a HIPAA-approved patient portal and ZOOM app for video consultations. These telehealth services are perfect for people with busy schedules. Manage your well-being with nutrition care during a virtual visit at home or on the go.

 

No more taking a day off work or getting stuck in traffic on the way to your appointment! Our patient portal also provides secure messaging to help stay connected between visits.
