Woodlands Family Nutrition Center has created a plant-based e-Cookbook, which contains 19 easy, recipes. Multiple options for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks are included. A variety of foods from all food groups are represented in this cookbook. Protein is provided from nut butters, tofu, hummus, chickpeas, nutritional yeast, edamame, lentils, beans, quinoa etc.
